"Albuquerque Nia teachers Erin Damour and Tiana Baca Bosiljevac, a.k.a garden girls nia, are excited to Present their first installment of outdoor pop-up Nia Technique classes.
Class is open to all and no experience is necessary. Our goal is to encourage you to have fun and play while dancing with a community of like-minded individuals. Nia is generally practiced barefoot however feel free to wear a pair of shoes should you prefer. Dress comfortably in clothing you can move in and be prepared to sweat a bit. A water bottle is always a good idea!
Class will be held outside.
Please meet at our reception office located by the silos. A member of our team will be there to greet you and guide you to the class. When you come down the main driveway, make your first right into the inn parking lot. Reception is located just before the silos.
