Southern Cooking Class and Lunch
In this class we will be preparing time honored recipes. Southern Food is a true melting pot with a rich history. The menu is a tribute to Chef Edna Lewis. We will prepare dishes from her repertoire, and create our own.
Join Chef Elizabeth Gallery to cook Fried chicken, fresh vegetables, and biscuits and fruit pie. We will be preparing a sacred meal with the summer harvest.
Chef Elizabeth Gallery has studied in kitchens for 20 years. She is current a practitioner and student of Ayurveda, Herbal therapies and traditional cookery.
