Join Chef Liz Gallery for a class centered around aromatic culinary herbs and leave knowing how to heighten the flavor of food. You'll also learn about the incredible healing properties of culinary herbs and how to apply them in your own kitchen with practical uses.
This class will be hands on and involve a demonstration, please bring a Chef's knife. Class will be from ten until noon. Then, you'll enjoy a four-course vegetarian lunch at the La Quinta Gazebo from noon until two that highlights our favorite culinary herb, lavender.
