Join Chef Elizabeth Gallery for a cooking class that celebrates these seasonal flavors while teaching hands-on preparation and practical techniques. In this intimate class, you will learn how to cook nourishing, hearty squash dishes paired with a perfect, tender risotto. You'll also learn to identify varieties of heirloom pumpkins, expertly season dishes with late fall herbs, and take with you skills to chop pumpkins and squash safely.
