Become acquainted and adept with the most classic and important of chef's tools, and your time in the kitchen will be transformed. In this hands-on class, you'll hone basic knife skills and practice the fundamentals. Explore basic techniques, learn to julienne, mince and dice. Learn how to hold a knife and the best way to sharpen in. You'll also learn the difference between knives and be able to determine the best tool for the job.

A chef's knife is required for the class. Lunch and tea will be included.
