Campo proudly offers a personalized eight course dining experience at the Chef's Table featuring seasonal ingredients true to Campo's Rio Grande Valley Cuisine. Immerse yourself in the spirit and artistry of the open kitchen from a communal, counter-style table.
Our culinary and beverage team will work in tandem to guide you through the entire experience. Beverage pairings are optional, and may include wine, spirits, cocktails and beer. Campo also has an extensive wine & spirits list that you may select from a la carte.
The Chef's Table can accommodate six seats per night and as seating is limited, reservations can often book up to two weeks in advance. Please be mindful that the Chef’s Table begins promptly at 6pm. If you are late for your reservation, it is a possibility your party will miss part of the dining experience.
