Saturday’s festivities center around our agrarian history and current agricultural efforts, from organic lavender farming and production to field-to-fork dining and imbibing.
Crafted with care on our family-run organic lavender farm, the heart of the Farm Shop is undoubtedly our artisan line of lavender spa amenities. Drawing from other botanicals around the farm, we’ve developed a new capsule collection of refreshing Lavender Mint Shampoo & Conditioner. Come experience a live steam distillation of lavender and mint, and learn about our handmade process that incorporates a centuries-old distillation technique that ensures the purest, all-natural products.
Sourcing from the surrounding fields and other local farms, cocktails at Bar Campo feature a wide variety of fresh organic ingredients and house-made components. The cocktail program is a stellar example of the culinary model at Los Poblanos, bringing together teams across the property – the gardeners, the chefs, the mixologists. Bar Campo has developed special cocktails for this celebration that beautifully marry lavender and mint, a nod to both our new lavender products and the fields that produce our cherished botanicals.
