Join us as we continue our popular Long Table Dining Series with our Viva Italia Dinner! For our first dining event of 2017, Chef Jonathan Perno will create a four-course epicurean adventure to accentuate the fine wines of Luna Rossa Winery from Mimbres Valley, New Mexico. We will also welcome special guests Paolo and Sylvia D’Andrea, founders of Luna Rossa Winery. Paolo comes from four generations of Italian wine growers and brought his expertise to New Mexico in 1986. Luna Rossa wines are made of 100% New Mexico grapes, the perfect pairing to Chef Perno’s Italian take on Rio Grande Valley Cuisine.
