As autumn settles in, it brings with it the traditions of gathering, sharing and feasting with loved ones. In this hands-on class, guest Chef Elizabeth Gallery will guide you through how to cook plant-based holiday meals that are sure to impress all of your holiday guests. Class is 10am-12pm, followed by lunch 12pm-1:30 pm.

Chef Elizabeth Gallery has studied in kitchens for 17 years, and we are excited to have her return to Los Poblanos. She is current a practitioner and student of Ayurveda, herbal therapies and traditional cookery.
