We welcome you to Campo at Los Poblanos for a dinner celebrating the wines of Chateau Musar. Our culinary team will create a special menu to pair with vintages of Chateau Musar Blanc, Rosé and Rouge. This is a very rare opportunity to try Chateau Musar vintages from the 1980’s, 1990’s and early 2000’s thoughtfully paired with Executive Chef Jonathan Perno’s culinary expertise. With the first course, we will be doing a comparative tasting of Chateau Musar Blanc from the 1990 and 2000 vintage. Moving into course two, we will be pouring the elusive Chateau Musar Rosé from the 2014 vintage. The showstoppers of the night will be poured with the main course—as we journey into another comparative tasting of Chateau Musar rouge from the 1983, 1995 and 2003 vintages. Our speakers for the night will be Jason Romero, of Favorite Brands, and Dylan Storment, of Los Poblanos—these two will help guide everyone through the incredible wines and history of Chateau Musar.”
