As fall fades into the cold winter months, guest Chef Elizabeth Gallery will highlight foods and recipes that will sustain and build energy in this new season. Explore foods that balance the body, and learn practical tips on storing and cleaning produce. From elixirs and herbs to soups and sautéed greens, this class will touch on all things to get you through the chilly days ahead. Oh, and there will be caramel making too!

Menu:

  • Beet, Butternut & Amaranth Stew
  • Roasted Portobello Mushrooms stuffed with Kale & Shallots
  • Gluten-free Green Chile Cornbread
  • French Apple Cake with Salted Caramel
  • Rosemary Tea
  • Hot Cacao with Fresh Almond Milk, Ashwagandha, Dates & Sarsaparilla
  • Local Milk with Lavender

Chef Elizabeth Gallery has studied in kitchens for 17 years, and we are excited to have her return to Los Poblanos.  She is current a practitioner and student of Ayurveda, herbal therapies and traditional cookery.
