Join Monticello founder Steve Darland for a once-in-a-lifetime dinner celebrating Monticello Traditional Aceto Balsamico's 20th year of aging.
Executive Chef Jonathan Perno has created a special 20-course tasting menu that pairs this rare, organic balsamic vinegar with the flavors from the Rio Grande River Valley. Wine pairings have been thoughtfully curated by Director of Events, Mauro Bettini and are included in the price. This Long Table Dinner will be hosted in the Grand Ballroom at our La Quinta building. Guests are invited to arrive early for a special cocktail hour in the library where they can enjoy unique artisan cocktails and conversation with fellow diners.
