Each class will cover practical technique, preparation, culture and history followed by a family style Sunday lunch. The four-part series will explore Italian, Thai, Indian and Southwestern American foods. Sign up for one class or all four! Chef Elizabeth Gallery has studied in kitchens for 20 years and is a practitioner and student of Ayurveda, Herbal therapies and traditional cookery.
