Join Chef Elizabeth Gallery for a series of cooking classes that journey around the globe, preparing tasty vegetarian meals made with local ingredients. Each class will cover practical technique, preparation, culture and history followed by a family style Sunday lunch. The four-part series will explore Italian, Thai, Indian and Southwestern American foods. Sign up for one class or all four! Chef Elizabeth Gallery has studied in kitchens for 20 years and is a practitioner and student of Ayurveda, Herbal therapies and traditional cookery.
Come and learn to how to craft a classic marinara sauce packed with basil, garlic and red wine. We will make pasta, salad dressing and a simple focaccia bread with roasted vegetables. Learn the practical technique of roasting vegetables to bring out the most flavor. Family style lunch will follow the class, and will include table wine, coffee and dessert.
